Yes this is possible, please do it as early as possible because it needs to be minimum 24 hours before your session starts. Changes must be done on site or by calling 023 8202 6380. All changes are subject to availability and if changing from off peak to peak, then difference must be paid.

You will receive a confirmation email to whichever email address you provided. This email will also include an e-ticket as PDF which you can bring as confirmation either in paper or just on your phone. Unlike last year it is not essential to bring the e-ticket as we have a list of all bookings.

Absolutely! Whatever you are celebrating we want to see you on the ice! We have a special discount of 10% off if you have over 10 people attending. We have some great party packages available including skate + drink deals bookable online. Party packages with food/champagne or schools rates are booked by email or phone. Should you want to go all out and take over the entire rink that is perfectly plausible and possible! See the ‘Exclusive Hire’ page on this website. Just get in touch via phone or email and we can get it organised. This will depend on availability so get booking early!

We will have lockers to store bags and shopping whilst you skate. £1 per Locker.

Please allow plenty of time before your scheduled session start time to arrive and pick up skates. We will have loads of people wanting to get their skates on and off, we advise at least 30 minutes during busy periods.

We have developed our own brand new skate aid for this year called the ‘sled’. It is rented out at £4.50 per session. With the sled it is possible for a child to sit on it and be pushed by an adult OR it can be pushed by a child and even an adult alone. Limited availability, first come, first served.

No problem. We are located outside Westquay on The Esplanade in Southampton.

Not at all; rain creates better and smoother ice. We are an outdoor attraction operating in winter so you need to think about what you are going to wear. The rink is operable in nearly all weather conditions (barring a blizzard). No refunds will be given out due to undesirable weather. If we decide that skating is not suitable then we will offer alternative sessions.

Any of those will keep you abreast of all ice rink news and competitions. We will be running loads of daily competitions to give away free ice skating and other prizes.

Not a problem. We have our great Alpine Skate Bar ‘Moguls’ offering a great range in festive drinks, perfect for grabbing a hot drink and supporting those on the ice. We also have our marquee with glass panels which is a perfect viewing platform if it gets too chilly outside. It is of course free for all to come and access the spectator area and café.

We have a wide range of skates ranging up to an Adult size 15 available to hire. You are perfectly welcome to bring and dazzle us with your own skates however there is no change to the pricing if you do.

Yes the rink is certainly wheelchair accessible and wheelchairs are welcome to book and skate at any public sessions.

What a good idea and we have been thinking about this. At the moment we are struggling to fit it into our busy schedule but we hope to get something sorted. We will have ice Marshalls on the rink at all times to help anyone that does fall over.
